내용 		5일 과정으로 진행되며 Unified Communications 개념, 구성 요소들의 정의, 최적화된 디자인 방법론에 대한 내용을 다룬다. 이 과정 학습 후에는 중소규모 IP Telephony 솔루션을 구현하고 설정할 수 있다. 실습을 통해 Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express / Cisco Unity Express 그리고 UC500 Smart Business Communication System 포함하는 UC 제품들이 다루어진다.
